Tribe Fortune is more than a wellness retreat
it’s a movement toward self-discovery, empowerment, and connection.
A considered approach to restoration and clarity
Tribe Fortune exists to support people who carry responsibility, make decisions, and operate under sustained pressure, and who know that simply “coping” is no longer enough.
Our work is not about escape.
It is about restoring steadiness, perspective, and clarity in a way that can be sustained beyond the retreat itself.
Our purpose
We design small, carefully held retreat experiences that reduce cognitive load and nervous system strain.
By creating the right conditions, quiet environments, deliberate structure, and thoughtful support, we help people slow down enough for clarity to return.
The outcome is not just rest, but the ability to think clearly again and move forward with intention.
Our approach
Our approach is simple and deliberate.
We prioritise:
Calm environments that reduce external noise
Structure that supports safety and steadiness
Practices that work with the nervous system, not against it
Space for reflection without pressure to perform or disclose
Nothing is forced.
Participation is invitational.
Depth is achieved through restraint, not intensity.
Who our retreats are designed for
Tribe Fortune is for people who are capable, self-aware, and functioning well on the surface, but who feel the internal cost of sustained demand.
Our retreats suit those who value discretion, thoughtful design, and clarity over spectacle or emotional catharsis.
They are not group therapy spaces, and they are not wellness “escapes”.
Founded by Kirsten Scott
Tribe Fortune was founded by Kirsten Scott, Holistic Wellbeing Strategist and retreat designer.
Her work brings together lived experience, professional coaching frameworks, and a deep respect for how environment, nervous system regulation, and structure shape our ability to think clearly and live well.
Tribe Fortune reflects a belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to pause, reflect, and choose differently.
“Tribe Fortune is built on everything I’ve lived through, healed from, and learned.”
