Tribe Fortune is more than a wellness retreat

it’s a movement toward self-discovery, empowerment, and connection.

Why Tribe Fortune Exists

The soul of our business. The science of our method. The reason we begin.

At Tribe Fortune, we believe long-term wellbeing starts with deep understanding — not just of your body, but of your whole self.

We were founded on the realisation that people are overwhelmed by fragmented advice, one-size-fits-all plans, and fleeting wellness trends. In a world full of noise, what’s often missing is clarity, connection, and continuity. Tribe Fortune exists to change that.

Our mission is to bring together the best of science, human insight, and holistic practices — creating personalised wellness plans that are intelligent, actionable, and deeply supportive.

We don’t do generic. We don’t offer surface-level fixes. We guide individuals through a structured, evidence-based process that blends neuroscience, behaviour change, trauma-informed coaching, and proven holistic therapies. Because we know that true wellbeing isn't about ticking boxes — it's about transformation.

Tribe Fortune is for the ones who are

  • Burnt out but still functioning

  • Seeking more, but unsure what "more" really means

  • Ready to feel better, live better — and maybe rediscover themselves along the way

We don’t tell people what to believe. We give them space to discover what they already know. Whether someone arrives for a tailored nutrition plan, a retreat in nature, or a breakthrough coaching session — what they find is a path back to their truth.

Some of our clients find stillness. Some find momentum. Some find healing. Some find a kind of soul connection they didn’t expect — one grounded in evidence, held by experience, and gently lit by something deeper.

Kirsten’s Journey to Balance and Wellbeing

Kirsten Scott’s journey to founding Tribe Fortune is one of transformation — not overnight, but earned over decades of hardship, healing, and self-discovery.

She grew up in a turbulent home and witnessed firsthand the long-lasting effects of trauma, instability, and emotional neglect. Her twenties were spent adrift, searching for stability in a world that had never felt safe. It wasn’t until becoming a mother, facing a cancer diagnosis, and navigating profound personal losses — including the sudden death of her former husband — that Kirsten began to rebuild her life on her own terms.

Through mindfulness, neuroscience, spiritual coaching, and lived experience, she slowly rewired her beliefs, reclaimed her strength, and committed herself to long-term healing. In doing so, she discovered something deeper: a calling to guide others.

Kirsten founded Tribe Fortune to offer what she never had — a truly personalised, holistic, and compassionate approach to wellbeing. One that blends science with soul. One that meets people exactly where they are — and walks with them as they rise.

“Tribe Fortune is built on everything I’ve lived through, healed from, and learned. This isn’t just a business — it’s a promise. That no one has to walk their healing journey alone.”
