Tribe Fortune is more than a wellness retreat
it’s a movement toward self-discovery, empowerment, and connection.
Born from a personal journey of transformation and healing
We understand how it feels to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected
We all carry stories—moments of self-doubt, overwhelm, or feeling like we’re not enough. At Tribe Fortune, we get it. That’s why we’ve created retreats that feel less like a getaway and more like a homecoming—a place where you can pause, breathe, and feel supported as you reconnect with yourself.
From mindfulness meditation and sound healing to Ayurveda, wild swimming, and creative expression, our retreats are designed to help you let go of what’s holding you back and rediscover what lights you up. Guided by a team of passionate practitioners—including spiritual coaches, yoga instructors, and wellness experts—you’ll feel nurtured, seen, and empowered every step of the way.
But Tribe Fortune isn’t just about self-care—it’s about sisterhood. Our retreats bring together like-minded women ready to embrace change, rediscover their strength, and live with intention. Whether it’s sharing stories over a nourishing meal, practicing yoga on the lawn, or taking a cold water dip in wild Scottish waters, every moment is designed to leave you feeling energised, grounded, and alive.
When you join us, you’re not just booking a retreat—you’re stepping into a circle of connection, transformation, and joy. You’ll head home with practical tools for daily balance, memories to treasure, and a renewed sense of purpose—ready to keep shining long after you leave.
Kirsten’s Journey to Balance and Wellbeing
Kirsten’s journey is one of renewal, resilience, and finding deeper meaning. Shaped by her own experiences of emotional neglect and childhood challenges, she set out on a personal quest to understand and overcome the patterns that were holding her back. Through tools like life coaching, NLP, hypnosis, and alternative therapies, Kirsten didn’t just transform her own life—she discovered a heartfelt passion for helping others do the same.
With a professional background in interior design, project management, and community event organisation, Kirsten has a natural talent for creating thoughtfully curated spaces that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. At Tribe Fortune, her vision is simple; help women slow down, prioritise self-care, and find balance in their lives. Her passion shines through in every detail, from handpicking expert practitioners to designing a welcoming, transformative atmosphere that invites growth and connection.
At Tribe Fortune, we believe in the power of reconnection—with yourself, with others, and with nature. Our retreats are designed to celebrate this connection, blending ancient rituals with modern wellness practices to create experiences that uplift, inspire, and nurture.
Our home is Dabton House, a former residence of the Duke and Duchess of Buccleuch, set in the unspoiled beauty of Dumfries and Galloway. This boutique retreat space offers the perfect setting for rest, reflection, and renewal, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and serene spaces. Whether it’s yoga on the lawn, wild swimming in nearby waters, or enjoying nourishing, organic meals, every moment at Tribe Fortune is crafted to help you feel grounded, balanced, and restored.
