Health and wellness insights from trusted practitioners, grounded seasonal practices, recipes, creativity, honest conversations about real life, relationships and everything in between. The private online community keeps the conversation going between events. More than that, we actively help members find each other. You are not just attending the same events as strangers. You are part of something that grows the longer you are in it.

No. Life is full and plans change. There is no register and no guilt. Come when you can, skip when you cannot. Membership gives you priority access so that when you do want to come, you are always first through the door.

Most people arrive not knowing anyone. That is rather the point. The groups are small and Kirsten hosts personally, so you will not be left standing on your own wondering what to do. Most members say they felt at home faster than they expected.
