Our monthly mini retreats are a relaxed half day designed to help you rest, reset, and feel more grounded before the month gathers pace. Each one offers a gentle mix of wellbeing practices led by our trusted holistic practitioners. The programme changes month to month, but the intention stays the same, to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more settled in your body and mind.

A varied programme of experiences.

You might experience beginner friendly Pilates or Yoga, mindfulness meditation, sound baths, or other restorative practices. Everything is accessible, welcoming, and designed to meet you where you are, whether this is your first experience or something you return to regularly.

A chef prepared brunch and refreshments are included, giving you time to relax, enjoy good food, and ease into conversation if you wish.

Your monthly self care ritual.

Many people come along with a friend, or turn this into their regular monthly catch up. It is an easy, low pressure way to spend time together without needing to plan or organise anything. You simply arrive and everything is taken care of. Over time, it becomes a familiar pause in the diary, something genuinely comforting to look forward to at the start of each month.
