Sunday 6 December, 10am to 2pm, at the former Baptist Church, 24 Newall Terrace, Dumfries.
Two 90 minute sessions with trusted local practitioners, one in the morning and one after a break for lunch, in a small group of no more than 16. We'll share who's leading them very soon.
Lunch is a seasonal homemade one that I make myself, often with things I've grown or foraged. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free are all catered for, just tell us when you book.
You don't need any experience, and plenty of women come on their own the first time. We'll email you everything you need to know before the day.
